Productive Weekends Rock

SO! Not too much interesting stuff to post about over here, so I'll post about our weekend of chores!

Friday night we yelled and screamed at Chronic Car Audio to hurry up and get the remote start working in Brian's truck - They screwed up the first time. Now Brian can start his truck from his desk so it is nice and cold when he gets in it after work. This is important, you see, to help keep him from b!tching about the heat all Summer long.

Saturday morning, bright and early, the Direct TV man came out to hook us up with the most rockin satellite TV ever. MUCH better AND cheaper than Cox people, FYI.

Also, Saturday morning, we stopped at Discount Tire to get my tires rotated and they were finished in 20 minutes. Since they were so quick, we had them do Bri's tires too! It was the fastest trip to the tire shop ever.

Sunday, we slept in and cleaned the house spotless. No joke. I took the bedroom - worst mess in the house - and Brian did the kitchen, the floors AND the master bath... We did all the laundry and even dropped some old clothes and shoes off at the donation center. THEN, we made another Texas Sheet cake since Bri's coworkers ate the entire last one. We also watered the lawn, which is now looking fantastic due to Brian's weed-pulling, watering and mowing skills. Now we just need some guests over so we can prove that we do actually clean. BBQ anyone??
