Most of you know that I don't believe in the Heaven/Hell scenario, but I still have yet to decide what I believe when it comes to ghosts and spirits. It's difficult for the living to understand what happens to ourselves when we die, because none of us have been through it, duh! In my opinion, humans are quite an anomaly of nature. We're different from other forms of life on this planet in that we live through our emotions. Maybe, just maybe our emotions are complex and strong enough to follow us into death? We've all heard ghost stories about how, the spirit doesn't know that it's dead. Could it be possible to be so wrapped up in emotion that part of us stay behind to "finish" things, or give themselves the closure that they need to move on? It could very well be. It takes time for people to study and learn about things that are bigger than them. For such a long time, humans thought the world was flat - Now due to Science and technology, we know that the world is round. Maybe one day we will have better answers for what happens to each part of a human after we move on from this place. We do know that we hardly use a fraction of our brain's potential. Who knows what we are really capable of.
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading my deep thought of the day :) What's your opinion? Love to hear it!
