The market is in a great spot for buyers right now and Brian and I have decided to try to take advantage of some of these deals in the Valley. Right now, we're placing offers and doing our best to be patient... considering that Brian and I are probably the least patient people that I know... it's been rough! Getting a new house = Fun... Buying a new house = Stress. With foreclosures popping up everywhere, that's what we're trying to cash in on... however, banks are harder to deal with than regular sellers. It's a whole different animal. I'll keep you updated!
P.S. Also super stoked to get out to NorCal next weekend to play with my babies!
