Scanning... and more scanning...

I mentioned in a previous post, that Brian and I had acquired all of the Cobabe Family slides from G&G Cobabe's house. I picked up a second hand scanner from an employee at my work on our company's trading post site. Brian says it's a $25 well spent. The slide scanner attachment works well, but rather slow. For the last two evenings, Bri has been sitting at our computer, continuously scanning just his favorites so far. I must say, it has been very exciting, like finding hidden treasure. There are some AWESOME pictures of Dad Cobabe in there! Talk about some long 70's hair! And the suits!... oh my the suits... I'm so excited to get them all loaded up in an online album to show you all. Brian has been so busy with the scanning part though, that we haven't made it that far yet. All I can say is that it will be worth the wait :)
