Time to Grow Up

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is true... Brian and are making strides to enter the adult world with great changes taking place. Although some of them are still in the planning stages and are not yet to be mentioned to the entire world wide web, I can tell you that some of the steps are already in the works!

I am currently beginning my detox effort of antidepressant and bipolar medication. This is also a word of warning in case I become a psychotic mess, well more than usual anyway.

I am also working towards a graduation date of May 2009 with my BS degree in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University - No mentions of how I will accomplish this just yet as plans are still being finalized. I will keep you all updated.

Brian is still working hard to prepare himself to join the Marines. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would become the wife of a military man, that is for sure! We are already starting to plan our lives around it though.

Wish us luck as we start our lives in a different and hopefully better direction. Change can be looked at in a positive light, especially when we are ready for it.

Ok, so we will be regressing in age just a little bit this weekend as we are going to at least one costume party and I've convinced my fabulous husband to dress up with me :) It takes more and more persuasion every year, so this very well may be our last year to dress up until we have kiddies that we can dress up in the years to come. Hopefully some pictures to follow :)

Hey congrats!! That's great, you guys can do it, you are strong! Can't wait to see halloween pictures. And until you have kids and have no time to go to halloween parties and such, enjoy yourselves. It doesn't make you less of an adult to have a little fun!

I'm so glad you guys are making the changes together...it doesn't work very well unless both parties are on board. You are so great and I know you will be able to achieve your goals once you set your mind to it. We love you guys...and are fully expecting some serious Halloween pictures!

Remember to ask for help when you are in need. Blessings from Heavenly Father are the ultimate source for strength.
