Update

I feel like POOP! Yeah, I am done taking all doses of meds and today is the first day that I don't feel great. Not depressed or anything, just kind of tired/achy/hot. Most likely, the man will be hitting up the gym solo this evening. I had issues falling asleep last night due to racing thoughts. Yay, sure missed those! Not. All in all though, I am doing well. Just felt like a little bitch session would feel good, so there you have it!

Good news, is that I lost 8 pounds on this little diet and exercise stint that we've been on, which is awesome! It's always good to know that your booty is shrinking, even if you can't really see it. I thought it'd be fun to lose some to just watch it pile back on in the next year or so.

Still good to go for graduation in May, however, I recently found out that I will need to take 5 classes come January, not the original 4. Not too worried about it, but more homework doesn't sound too exciting either.

Brian is still Marines bound and he's lost quite a few pounds himself lately! He's looking mighty good... even though he keeps shaving his hair down to the scalp! He does have a nice shaped head, so that's a plus :)

I don't even see how you could lose 8 pounds, you're tiny already. Guess you went from a size 2 to a size 0 or what?? What kind of diet/exercise routine are you doing? I've gained 8 pounds by the way so we are opposites!

I was waiting for a comment like this one! lol. Actually, my booty must hide it well. I haven't been a 2 since high school :)

Diet: Actually eating breakfast instead of just coffee - light lunch - healthy dinner - and of course light snacks in between.

Exercise: CARDIO! I've been doing a lot of arms and back lately too because I just have a naturally weak upper body. Very limited legs.

I wish I had the motivation to exercise. Never liked it much. Ya, where could you possible loose 8 pounds?! Skinny mini! hehe

Well if you lost 8 lbs, the next time I see you your butt better be gone! :) Anyway, why are you getting all skinny if you just plan on getting fat? :) he he

It sounds like you're doing well for not being on any of your meds. I lose sleep at least once a week because of an active mind at night. I think that's normal for most people in this day and age. There's a lot in life to worry about.

And 8lbs for you would be a lot...congrats!
