This year for my birthday I really wanted to spice up our living room, but on a budget of course! It's amazing what slip covers, a bunch of pillows and a good carpet shampooing can do to a room. Now someone come over and enjoy it! :)

oh that DOES look fabulous! way to be sister, I'm definitely enticed :) perhaps a visit in May...for someone's graduation?? do you think the carpets will alst that long? mine only stay clean for like 2 days...so annoying!
You should totally come!! I'm hoping to get a Spotbot in the meantime so I can at least attempt to keep them clean!

Brian and I do B-days a bit differently than most I think. We don't do surprises when it comes to gifts, we just allow ourselves to spend a reasonable amount and get something that we've been wanting, so I guess this would be a gift from us both! :)

No before and after pictures? Its what they do on TV! It looks really nice and seems like it will be a very fulfilling gift!
Tell Bri not to worry about coming out here in April. We are planning to come out at the end of April or in May anyway; my dad offered to fly us out. So save up for your hugest expense making his/her entrance this fall!
