I was told when I was interviewing for my new job that I wouldn't be able to have Oliver in my own class and that there was a waiting list for children his age as well. Our usual sitter was out of town for a week and a half recently and in piecing together back up care, my school allowed Oliver to come to the infant room for a couple of days. Since then, a little girl ended up being withdrawn from my class by her parents. The office staff liked Oliver so much that they offered to give us priority and let me enroll him full time in MY class!!! For half off of course :)
I liked my new job before, but I love my new job now! Being the youngest of the current kids in the class, he is doing wonderfully. He's one of two that can't walk yet, but he's getting close to it. He gets along with everyone and the teachers already love him. He's already learning a lot from watching the other kids. He's finally interested in the sippy cup after watching the others drink from theirs. Check out my big boy in his school clothes! (Please disregard the ill-matching socks. I need to do some laundry.)

Karin that's such a blessing! I'm so glad that you get to work at a job you love AND be with Oliver everyday. Sounds like CO is turning out to be just what you all needed!
So great! He seriously looks big. I can't wait to spend time with you guys next month!
That is just awesome! It's funny how things work out like that. He is so adorable!
He really does look like he is ready to go to school. Totally cute. Can't wait to get there and see for myself.
Love, Mom.
Oh my gosh, sounds like the best job ever now =) Wow, he is looking so grown up!
