The lack of posts these days is really only because we've been rather boring lately! Brian's been working over time like crazy and I've just been pregnant and uninteresting.
Our July 4th celebrations consisted of a trip to the ultra sound place, called Peek of You. Recommended by a friend and it was a fun experience for us :) All they do there are ultra sounds, so they have an actual bed for the preggo to lie on and cozy couches and chairs for family and friends and of course a huge projection screen to see your little baby. We just opted to do the gender check, but you can pay more and get like a full hour of 3d and 4d ultrasound on video with some music added.
After that, we met with a couple that ended up purchasing our Tahoe from us the following Monday! I was afraid that Brian was going to cry, but he did a very good job letting it go. We got exactly the amount that we wanted for it, so I'm pretty relieved and happy about it. We did end up taking the stereo out of it and put the old one back in, so we still have a piece of the fun.
We just watched fireworks on TV! It was too hot and Brian never likes crowded places, so we just watched the Macy's show that was going on in NY and it was pretty impressive, even just on TV :)
I'm hoping that Brian and I will have a chance to go to Babies R Us this weekend to register for some cute boy stuff! I'll probably refrain from adding clothing on the list because people will buy that and give us hand me downs anyway. Don't be shy if you have some stuff you want to part with! We're not picky :)
I'm feeling pretty good these days. I have been a little extra tired this week and I feel like I'm growing a lot (a little bit of back pain and side cramps here and there, OH and I'm walking like a LOT slower!). I've got an appointment on Monday, but no ultrasound, so maybe I'll log on and post some baby stats and poundage gained :) Sorry if this is post is completely uninteresting, we're just uninteresting lately! Hope it finds you well!

I love your posts regarldess of how 'interesting'. So I just finished going through all my newborn and size 3 months onesies, plus some random maternity clothes (which you don't have to keep if you don't like them) and some other random baby gear. It'll be in the mail this afternoon so hopefully you can sort through it by the beginning of next week! Definitely a good plan to NOT register for baby clothes, you get tons of them regardless. Plus also, do you think you will want a changing table? I have one and it's just sitting in the garage. It's the light color wood...I'm pretty sure you've seen it. Let me know and if so I can either take it apart and ship it, or bring it down. more to come...
Yeah! Send us your stuff! Thanks Carm :) About the changing table, don't worry about shipping it. If one of us makes a trip between now and when the baby comes we can just haul it that way. If not, we'll survive without one. I hear that they are not a necessity even if they are nice to have around.
We need more pictures of your pregnant self!
Hey! I'll be going through all of our baby stuff soon to organize the kid's rooms, so I should have some stuff for you! And if I end up with a girl, I may have even more stuff for you. :)
